◎Electronic tickets must be issued in advance
If you choose to purchase electronic tickets, please download them in advance.
If communication is congested in the vicinity of the venue, downloading may be difficult or take a long time. Please download your tickets in advance.
If you choose to purchase paper tickets, please make sure to print them out in advance so that you don't forget them.

◎About morning tickets
Wristband exchange will take place at each entrance from 8:00 a.m. Please exchange your wristbands at the entrance indicated on your ticket by 8:30 a.m., as you will be asked to move to the waiting area by 8:40 a.m. after exchanging your wristbands.
Please arrive on time.
Please refrain from lining up before this time, as it may cause inconvenience to the artists and other customers.

The wristband exchange locations and times (tentative) for SUMMER SONIC TOKYO are as follows.

●Marine & Beach Area
✔ ZOZOMARINE STADIUM Main Entrance Wristband Exchange Desk... Scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
✔ Prefectural Parking Lot Pedestrian Bridge Sub Entrance Wristband Exchange Desk... Scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

●Makuhari Messe
✔ Messe Central Entrance Wristband Exchange Point... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM on the day of the event
✔ Messe 11 Hall North Plaza Exchange Point... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM on the day of the event
(The Messe West Entrance will serve as the re-entry point.)

*The schedule may be moved up depending on crowd conditions.
*Overnight waiting, waiting in line for entry, and reserving spots around the venue are prohibited.
*Any sheets, luggage, or other items used for reserving spots will be removed and discarded.
The organizers will not manage these items in any way. Please note this in advance.
The above behaviors may cause inconvenience to nearby residents and may affect the event. In addition, in the event of malicious behavior or violation of the rules set by the organizers, admission tickets may be invalidated.

*Wristband exchange is limited to one wristband per ticket per person. Proxy exchanges are not permitted.

*Under no circumstances will we reissue wristbands due to damage or loss.
*Wristbands cannot be transferred to others.
*Customers with morning priority tickets can exchange them starting at 8:00 AM.

Please be sure to check them before coming to the event and cooperate with us in managing your health.

◎Payment methods at the venue
Payment at food and beverage booths)
The ZOZO Marine Stadium area and Makuhari Messe area will only accept electronic money payments (except for permanent stores).
Cash payments will only be accepted in the beach area.

Payment at merchandise booths)
The Tokyo venue's merchandise booths will only accept cashless payments (credit cards, electronic money, and code payments).
Some brands available at food and beverage booths may differ, so please check the "Important Notes Regarding Merchandise" section at the bottom of the GOODS page for details.
Additionally, to alleviate long waiting lines, the Tokyo venue has introduced a "Merchandise Ticket System (first-come, first-served)" using the LINE app, so please check this in advance before visiting.

◎Information on returning home
As the end of the performance approaches, the stations near the venue are expected to become crowded, so please take into consideration the time it will take to return home and make plans with plenty of time to spare.
Please also make plans to pick up your items from the cloakroom.
Please refrain from using apps to call taxis.
Due to congestion in the surrounding area, it will not be possible to meet up with others.
