Please call us and provide the date you lost your item and its characteristics.
Lost items will be collected at the SONIC Stage Information Desk. If it is the day of the performance, please inquire directly at the Information Desk.

＜After the performance: August 18 onwards＞
Lost items found within the venue will be stored at the venue for a certain period of time. After that, they will be handed over to the Suita Police Station.
・Valuables will be stored for one week (after which they will be handed over to the Suita Police Station).
・Other found items will be stored at the security center for three months.

During the above storage period, please contact the Expo Memorial Park Security Office at TEL: 06-6877-3370.

*For hygiene reasons, used towels and T-shirts will be disposed of after the performance. We kindly ask for your understanding.
