Lost items will be collected at the information desk inside the venue. On the day of the performance, please inquire directly at the information desk.
There are three information desks located in the Beach Area, Marine Area, and Makuhari Messe.

Makuhari Messe: Makuhari Messe General Management Center 043-296-0531 (24 hours a day from August 18 (Mon) onwards)
*If you have lost your credit card, driver's license, or other valuables, we recommend that you contact the police and your financial institution immediately.
*For hygiene reasons, used towels and T-shirts will be disposed of after the performance. We appreciate your understanding.
