*Overnight waiting, line-standing, or reserving spots around the venue is prohibited.
*Any sheets or luggage used for saving spots will be removed and discarded.
The organizers will not manage them in any way. Please note this in advance.
The above actions may cause inconvenience to nearby residents and may affect the event. In addition, in the event of malicious behavior or violations of the rules set by the organizers, admission tickets may be invalidated.
*Please attend on the performance date or day specified on your ticket.
*Wristbands will be exchanged at a rate of one wristband per ticket per person. No proxy exchanges are permitted.
*Please exit the exchange area after wearing your wristband.
*Under no circumstances will wristbands be reissued due to damage or loss.
*Wristbands cannot be transferred to others.

◎About morning tickets
The procedure for entering the Osaka venue with a morning ticket is as follows.

・All morning tickets are electronic tickets. Please download them in advance.
・Wristband exchange and entry will take place at the East Gate of the Expo Memorial Park.
・Starting at 8:30 AM (tentative) on the ticket's valid date, we will begin exchanging wristbands for both Platinum Tickets and General Tickets for those holding Morning Priority Tickets. This will not be done in order of ticket numbers.
・Please gather at the designated meeting points near each stage within the park by 9:30 AM.

・From 10:00 a.m., we will call out the numbers on the morning tickets at the designated meeting places near each stage in the park and begin admitting visitors to the stages. Depending on the number of visitors, we may admit visitors earlier than scheduled. Please do not leave the admission line after 9:30 a.m.

※Times may vary depending on weather, crowd conditions, and stage setup.
※There is no need to wait overnight or early in the morning. Please arrive at the East Gate of the Expo'70 Commemorative Park by 8:30 AM. Please refrain from any disruptive behavior.
※Access by foot is also possible from the Expo'70 Commemorative Park Station to the East Gate of the park (approximately 20 minutes). Please consider walking during peak hours.

◎For customers planning to arrive by taxi or shuttle service
Getting in and out of vehicles on the road around the Expo Memorial Park not only causes traffic jams but also disturbs the neighbors. It can also cause traffic accidents, so we strictly prohibit it.
We have prepared a drop-off point for shuttle buses and taxis inside the south parking lot of the Expo'70 Commemorative Park (3 Senri Expo Park, Suita City, Osaka 565-0826).

* Parking is not permitted. Only temporary stops for boarding and alighting are permitted.
* Drivers are requested to remain in their vehicles at all times.
* Vehicles parked on the perimeter road will be notified as necessary.
* Please follow the instructions of security personnel at all times.
* Due to limited space, use of the area may not be possible.
* Use is permitted from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of the performance only.

◎Request to visitors regarding heatstroke prevention measures

◎Information on returning home
As the end of the performance (after 8:00 p.m.) approaches, the stations near the venue are expected to become crowded, so please take into consideration the time it will take to return home and make plans with plenty of time to spare.
Please also make plans to pick up your items from the cloakroom.
Please refrain from using apps to hail taxis.
Due to congestion in the surrounding area, it will not be possible to meet up with others.
If you need to take a taxi, please use the taxi stand in the south parking lot of the Expo'70 Commemorative Park.

◎Information on emergency evacuation sites
Each stage area is equipped with a lightning protection dome (PDCE).
Unlike conventional lightning rods, the lightning protection dome (PDCE) is a suppression-type lightning rod designed to increase the probability of avoiding lightning strikes by protecting a certain area.

In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, please follow the instructions of the staff and remain calm.
Please move away immediately from areas such as under tents or trees, as these areas are at high risk of lightning strikes.

In the event of severe thunderstorms or when they are predicted, the performance will be temporarily suspended, and emergency evacuation instructions will be provided. Once the evacuation site is ready to receive evacuees, guidance will begin. At that time, all power to the stage will be shut down, so it may take some time to restore power. The performance will resume once preparations are complete. Once preparations are complete, staff will announce the situation via public announcements and the app.

Emergency evacuation sites are as follows:

・Expo Memorial Stadium (east side of the park)
・Shuttle buses on standby (Expo Memorial Park Central Parking Lot)
・Panasonic Stadium Suita (south side of the park)
Depending on the area within the venue, we will guide you to the appropriate evacuation site.
Due to the large number of visitors, we ask for your cooperation in maintaining calm.

Additionally, the Expo Memorial Park is designated as a wide-area evacuation site in the event of an earthquake or fire. If you notice any abnormalities, please remain calm, move away from stages or temporary structures, and ensure your safety. If necessary, staff will begin making announcements and guiding visitors.
