Additional artists have been announced for SUMMER SONIC on August 17 (Sun) at Tokyo's BEACH STAGE and other venues.

On Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the BEACH STAGE, global Latin superstar FEID will host a special curated event to celebrate his birthday, titled “Feliz cumpleaños Ferxxo.” A dream-like “Latin Birthday Carnival” where Latin culture and music intersect will finally make its debut in Japan! On the day, FEID will invite BOMBA ESTÉREO and TAINY from around the world as his “favorite collaborators,” and will showcase a special lineup including PERRO NEGRO, exclusive to this event. Additionally, a surprise guest is scheduled to appear during FEID's live performance. Experience the excitement of Latin vibes with all five senses in this festival Space.

Furthermore, on the late night of August 16 (Sat) at Makuhari Messe, “MIDNIGHT SONIC curated by m-flo” will feature
the addition of the Itabashi Brothers (PUNPEE & Harashima “Domannaka” Michiyoshi) to the lineup. With their unique groove, they will shake up the night in Makuhari and create the ultimate celebratory space where music and culture intersect this summer.
Furthermore, N ² (KYUNDESU), a next-generation cute pop artist whose concept is “the excitement of squaring,” has been decided.

Additionally, as the opening act on August 16 (Sat) in Tokyo, the three-piece band OddRe:, who suddenly appeared on social media in spring 2025 and has been gaining rapid attention among discerning listeners, has been confirmed to perform. Their live performances, which blend overseas sounds like blues rock and funk disco with domestic melodic and versatile sound structures like J-Rock and Vocaloid, are drawing intense attention. On the following day, August 17 (Sun), the two-piece alternative rock band Banshimoku, based in Tokyo, will perform. Known for their deep, otherworldly sound inspired by deep-sea creatures and their ethereal, post-rock/shoegaze influenced soundscapes, they deliver dynamic live performances that seamlessly transition between calm and intense, making them a rising star in the indie scene.
