If you selected “e-ticket” as your ticketing method, please download your ticket in advance before arriving at the venue.
If the network is congested in the area around the venue, downloading the ticket may be difficult or take a long time. Please download it in advance and have it ready.
If you are using a paper ticket, please make sure to print it out in advance and take care not to forget it.
◎About the First-Come, First-Served Tickets in the Morning
All “First-Come, First-Served” tickets are paper tickets. Please pick up your ticket in advance at a convenience store.
If you have a “First-Come, First-Served” ticket, you can exchange it for a wristband starting at 8:00 a.m. at the entrance indicated on your ticket. After exchanging your ticket for a wristband, please proceed to the waiting area by 8:40 a.m. Please remain in the entry line, which is organized by ticket number.
At 9:00 a.m., we will begin calling out the ticket numbers for “First-Come, First-Served” tickets.

The wristband exchange locations and times (tentative) for SUMMER SONIC TOKYO are as follows.

① ZOZO Marine Stadium Main Entrance Wristband Exchange Counter... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event
② Sub-Entrance Wristband Exchange Counter (under the pedestrian bridge in front of the Prefectural Parking Lot)... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event

*Overnight waiting, waiting in line for admission, and reserving spots in the vicinity of the venue are strictly prohibited.
*Any blankets, luggage, or other items used to reserve spots will be removed and discarded.
Please note that the organizers will not be responsible for managing these items in any way. The above behaviors may cause inconvenience to nearby residents and could affect the event’s operation. Additionally, in cases of malicious behavior or violations of the rules set by the organizers, your admission ticket may be invalidated.

◎SUMMER SONIC TOKYO : Wearing Your Wristband

・Upon entry, you will be given a wristband in exchange for your ticket.
・Each person must wear one wristband (excluding preschool-aged children).
・Wristbands cannot be reissued for any reason, including damage or loss.
・Staff will fasten the wristband with a slack of about two finger widths.
・The wristband must be worn only within the dotted line area shown in the diagram. It cannot be worn outside this designated area.
・Since the wristband is worn upon entry to verify your identity, you cannot have someone else exchange it on your behalf.
・Please keep your wristband on until the end of the entire performance.
・To prevent fraud and ensure security, we ask for your cooperation regarding the proper wearing and use of the wristband.
・Please note that if you do not cooperate or fail to follow staff instructions, we may refuse entry for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
◎A Request to Visitors Regarding Heatstroke Prevention
We have updated our precautions regarding heatstroke prevention for the day of the event.
Please be sure to review this information before arriving, and we ask for your cooperation in taking care of your health.
・Bringing and using foldable sun umbrellas inside the venue is permitted.
[Precautions Regarding the Use of Sun Umbrellas]
* Use is prohibited inside the Makuhari Messe building.
* In the live performance viewing areas at Marine Stage and Beach Stage, as well as in the stands at Marine Stadium, umbrellas may be used while waiting for the next act to begin, but please fold them up before the performance starts.
* Depending on crowd conditions, staff may ask you to fold up your umbrella even in permitted areas; we appreciate your cooperation in such cases.
* Please refrain from using umbrellas outside of the live performance viewing areas, especially during times of high crowd density.
* *In case of rain, the use of umbrellas and bringing long umbrellas into the venue are prohibited. Additionally, we cannot store them at the coat check.
In case of rain, please wear rain gear or similar clothing.
・At the Tokyo venue, Qoo10 will be providing “Koda Shoten Salt and Brown Sugar Tablets” to help replenish salt levels. The tablets will be distributed at the entrance on the Marine Stadium side.
Supplies are limited. Distribution will end once the planned quantity has been reached.
・In addition to official merchandise such as caps, bucket hats, cooling towels, and hooded towels, please be sure to take advantage of heat-relief items available at the booths around the perimeter of Marine Stadium, such as air-conditioned clothing (FZN and Fūjin air-conditioned suits).
・Please check the area map in advance to locate the first-aid stations, rest areas, water stations, and Pocari Sweat/drink booths in each area.

◎Regarding Payment Methods at the Venue
[Payment Methods at Food and Beverage Stands]
The ZOZO Marine Stadium area and Makuhari Messe area accept only electronic money payments (excluding permanent stores).
Cash is accepted only in the Beach Area.
[Payment Methods at Merchandise Stands]
At merchandise stands in the Tokyo venue, only cashless payments (credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments) are accepted. Please note that cash is not accepted.
You cannot top up your electronic money balance at the venue, so please top up your balance in advance before arriving.

◎Information on Storage Lockers and Storage CloakroomWe offer a Storage Cloakroom service for ¥2,000 per day (70-liter plastic bag), with unlimited access to drop off and pick up your items.

◎Information on Shuttle Buses for Getting Around the Venue

① While it is possible to walk between the Marine Stadium Area and ② Makuhari Messe, please use the free shuttle bus service.

◎Information for Your Return Trip
As the end of the event approaches, stations near the venue are expected to be crowded. Please factor in the time it will take to return home and plan your schedule with plenty of time to spare.
Please also make sure to pick up your items from the Storage Cloakroom in a timely manner.
Please refrain from hailing taxis via apps or other services.
Due to traffic congestion in the area, taxis will not be able to pick you up.
