To help alleviate crowding, wristband exchange times (tentative) will be staggered as follows:

✔ First-come, first-served tickets: Expo '70 Commemorative Park East Parking Lot Wristband Exchange... Scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM on the day of the event
✔ Expo '70 Commemorative Park Central Parking Lot Wristband Exchange... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM on the day of the event
✔ Wristband Exchange at drop-off points for shuttle buses and JTB Official Tour Buses... Scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM on the day of the event
✔ Expo '70 Commemorative Park East Parking Lot Wristband Exchange... Scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM on the day of the event

*Schedules may be moved up depending on crowd conditions.
*Overnight waiting, waiting in line for admission, and reserving spots in the vicinity of the venue are prohibited.
*Any sheets or other items used to reserve spots will be removed.
*These actions cause a nuisance to local residents, and if a complaint is filed, the event may be canceled. In cases of serious rule violations, admission tickets may be invalidated.
*Please arrive at the venue on the date of your performance with your ticket in hand.
*Wristbands will be exchanged at a rate of one wristband per ticket per person. You cannot exchange wristbands on behalf of friends.
*You cannot leave the exchange area until you have put on your wristband.
*Under no circumstances will we reissue wristbands due to damage or loss.
*Wristbands are non-transferable.
