【Call for Applications】
●Venue: Makuhari Messe (Indoor Exhibition)
・Exhibition Format: Booth Exhibition (provided by the Organizing Committee)
・Exhibition Dates: August 14 (Fri) – August 16 (Sun), 2026
・Setup Day: August 13 (Thu), 2026
・Basic Facilities
1. Tent: 1 unit (Width 4,000 mm × Depth 3,400 mm)
2. Plastic tables: 2 units (W1,800 × D500 mm × H700 mm)
3. Folding chairs: 2 units
4. Gas line: 2 outlets (*City gas only)
5. Power supply: 100V 1,500W × 2 circuits (2-outlet sockets)
6. Tent lighting (fluorescent lights), sign lighting
7. Sign frame
8. Water supply: Shared sink

●Venue: ZOZOMarine Stadium perimeter (outdoor stall)
・Setup: Food truck + tent
*Regarding tents, depending on the location, they will either be provided by the organizing committee or brought by the vendor.
・Event dates: August 14 (Fri) – August 16 (Sun)
・Setup Day: Thursday, August 13, 2026
・Basic Facilities
1. Power: 100V 1500W × 1 circuit (2-outlet socket)
2. Water: Shared sink

【Application Requirements】
・Applicants must currently be operating a physical store or a food truck.
The prefecture where the permit was issued is not restricted.
・Applications must be submitted by the applicant themselves (or the representative in the case of a corporation).
Joint operations with other stores or subleasing are not permitted.
・A staff member holding a Food Hygiene Manager certification must be present on-site at all times during the event.
・Corporations or individuals who have previously been subject to disciplinary action under the Food Sanitation Act or related laws will not be accepted.
・You must be enrolled in liability insurance for food service operations at the time of the event.
・You must comply with the regulations presented by the organizing committee during the event.
・We strictly refuse participation from anyone affiliated with or associated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, or other antisocial forces.

【Important Notes】
・Attendance at the food and beverage vendor orientation session is mandatory. ※Thursday, July 9 [Venue] Scheduled for Shibuya, Tokyo
・We have implemented cashless payment systems.
Details will be explained at the food and beverage vendor orientation.
・Vendor locations will be assigned by the organizing committee. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Only food and beverages may be sold. The sale of non-food items or offering samples for tasting is not permitted.
・You may only sell items that were submitted in your application.
Additionally, certain items may not be sold due to health department regulations.
*The sale of raw foods is not permitted.
・Information regarding vendor fees and other details will be provided only to those who pass the initial screening.
