Free Tent Areas Are Back at Summer Sonic Osaka This Year for a More Comfortable Festival Experience!

Free Tent Areas — A Convenient Base and Place to Take a Break
Make use of the “FREEDOM HILLS” and “FREEDOM FOREST” free tent areas, which are perfect as a base for your day at the festival or as a convenient place to take a break!
Areas:
・FREEDOM HILLS — MOUNTAIN STAGE / Momiji River Square Area
・FREEDOM FOREST — Behind AIR STAGE
FREEDOM HILLS & FREEDOM FOREST — Important Notes
- ・Area hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Available from the opening time of the AIR / MOUNTAIN stages. - ・The organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents that occur inside or outside the venue as a result of failure to follow instructions from the organizer or event staff.
- ・The FREE TENT areas are not divided into designated sections.
There are no size restrictions on tents or other equipment brought into the area. Please be considerate of others and share the space. - ・Tents may only be set up and used between the opening time of the AIR / MOUNTAIN stages and 7:00 PM.
Tents must not be left up overnight.
Please make sure to remove your tent before it gets dark.
Any tents left after the designated hours will be removed by the event staff and treated as lost property.
The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged tent equipment or belongings in such cases. - ・The area may be closed if the organizer determines that conditions are unsafe due to rain, severe weather, or other circumstances.
- ・This event takes place in a park surrounded by nature.
Please respect the natural environment and enjoy your time responsibly.
Leave the area cleaner than you found it. - ・Use of the FREE TENT areas is entirely at your own risk.
- ・Any disputes between attendees must be resolved between the parties involved.
- ・Please exercise extreme caution in the event of sudden changes in weather, such as thunderstorms, heavy rain, or strong winds.
When leaving your tent, make sure it is securely closed and properly anchored with pegs.
Due to underground utility pipes, tent pegs must be no longer than 30 cm. - ・Each attendee is responsible for managing their own belongings and valuables.
- ・Many families with young children will be using the area.
Please refrain from activities that may disturb others, such as playing musical instruments or making excessive noise When using radios, speakers, or similar devices, please be considerate of those around you. - ・Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions, becomes heavily intoxicated, engages in dangerous behavior, or otherwise causes a disturbance to others may be forcibly removed from the venue.
No refunds will be issued in such cases. - ・Please take all garbage with you when you leave.
Before departing, look around your area and make sure to leave it at least a little cleaner than when you arrived. - ・Open flames are not permitted anywhere in the venue.
BBQs and campfires are strictly prohibited. - ・Survival games or similar activities are strictly prohibited.
- ・The use of remote-controlled vehicles, drones, or other remotely operated devices that fly through the air is strictly prohibited.
- ・Bringing fireworks, explosives, or any other items prohibited by law into the venue is strictly prohibited.
Bottles and cans are not permitted in the live areas.
If you find any broken bottles or glass anywhere in the venue, please notify the nearest staff member. - ・Commercial promotional or sales activities are prohibited unless conducted at a location designated by the organizer and with the required procedures and permission.
- ・Guests with children are responsible for their safety.
Please keep a close eye on your children at all times. - ・Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Smoking while walking is strictly prohibited as it is extremely dangerous. - ・Gas cylinders, beer servers, and similar equipment are not permitted.
