Important Notes Regarding Coin Locker UsePlease be sure to read the following important notes before using the coin lockers.

• ・Coin lockers may only be used on the performance date specified at the time of purchase. They cannot be used continuously across multiple days.
• ・Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted after purchase.
• ・During the operating hours (10:00 AM–9:30 PM, subject to change), you may open and close the locker as many times as needed.
• ・The items that can be stored vary depending on the locker size. Please check the internal dimensions in advance and purchase a locker size that is suitable for your belongings.
• ・Do not leave items that do not fit inside the locker on top of or around the locker, or in passageways. Unattended items may be moved or collected as lost property.
• ・Carry-on suitcases, coolers, large bags, and similar items may not fit depending on the locker size and availability.
• ・Please keep the key required to unlock the locker in your possession. Take care not to share it with others or lose it.
• ・The right to use a locker may not be transferred or resold to a third party.

Items That Cannot Be StoredPlease do not store the following items in the lockers:

• ・Cash, tickets, identification documents, jewelry, or other valuables
• ・Electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, cameras, and portable batteries
• ・Fragile items
• ・Perishable goods, food and beverages, or items with strong odors
• ・Animals or plants
• ・Hazardous or flammable materials, knives, or chemicals
• ・Any items prohibited from being brought into the venue by law or venue regulations
• ・Any other items deemed inappropriate by the event organizer or operator

Loss, Damage, and Other IssuesPlease manage all belongings stored in the locker at your own responsibility.
Except in cases where the organizer or operator is responsible for the incident, the organizer and operator shall not be held liable for theft, loss, damage, stains, water damage, or any other loss or damage.
Please keep valuables with you at all times.

After the Locker Operating HoursThe locker operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM (subject to change). Please make sure to remove all of your belongings before the operating hours end.
If any belongings remain in the locker after the operating hours, the organizer or operator may unlock the locker and handle the items as lost property. The storage and disposal of such items will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the venue's regulations for lost property.
Any costs incurred for the retrieval or return of belongings will be borne by the customer.

In Case of an EmergencyIn the event of lightning, strong winds, an earthquake, fire, or any other emergency, please stop retrieving your belongings and evacuate according to the instructions of event staff.
For safety reasons, access to the coin locker area and the retrieval of belongings may be temporarily restricted.

Other Information

• ・If the locker malfunctions or you are unable to unlock it, please contact the coin locker reception desk or a nearby staff member.
• ・During busy periods, you may be asked to wait to enter the locker area or retrieve or store your belongings.
• ・If you do not follow staff instructions or engage in behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, you may be refused use of the lockers.
• ・If you lose the locker key, you will be charged ¥5,000 for costs such as cylinder replacement.
