Important Information for b-base BBQ Guests

• ・Reservations are sold by table or designated area. Tickets will therefore be issued for the maximum number of guests permitted in the selected table or area, including the corresponding number of BBQ tickets and 1-Day Tickets.
• ・Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. The area is available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and may be used throughout the day for both BBQ dining and breaks.
• ・Wristbands for all members of your group will be provided at check-in. All guests must wear their wristbands while using the area. Re-entry is permitted during operating hours.
• ・Guests are responsible for looking after their own valuables. The organizer and venue accept no responsibility for loss or theft.
• ・Specific tables cannot be selected in advance. Your table will be assigned at check-in.
• ・All areas are equipped with a roof, tent, or other form of shade.
• ・Guests purchasing the BBQ, Shared Table for 2 option will share an eight-seat table area with another group or groups.
• ・Outside food, products, and beverages are not permitted.
• ・Baby food and drinks for infants are not sold at the venue. Please bring any necessary items with you.
• ・Allergy-friendly meals are not available. Guests with food allergies must bring their own suitable food and inform staff at check-in.
• ・The organizer and venue accept no responsibility for any problems or incidents caused by food, equipment, or other items brought into the facility.
• ・Drivers must not consume alcohol under any circumstances.
• ・Ball games and similar recreational activities are prohibited inside the facility.
• ・Pets, including dogs and cats, are not permitted inside the park or facility.
• ・The metal surfaces surrounding the grill become extremely hot. Please take particular care to protect children from burns.
• ・Please contact a member of staff to adjust or extinguish the grill.
• ・Never pour water, alcohol, or any other liquid into the grill. Doing so may cause hot ash or steam to rise and can be extremely dangerous. It may also create strong odors, damage the grill, or inconvenience other guests. Guests may be charged the full repair or replacement cost for any damage caused.
• ・Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• ・The food and drink menus offered during the event differ from the regular menus shown on the b-base website.

• ・Prohibition of Resale
  The resale of BBQ tickets or 1-Day Tickets to third parties, including resale through auctions or other online platforms, is strictly prohibited.
  If any activity believed to involve unauthorized resale is discovered, the relevant tickets may be invalidated and admission may be refused.
  No refunds will be provided in such cases.
