To help reduce long wait times, the Tokyo venue will implement a merchandise numbered ticket system using the LINE app.
If you wish to purchase official or artist merchandise early on the day of the event, we highly recommend taking advantage of this system.

Distributed on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM on the day of the event.
(Call time begins at 9:30 AM)
Distribution may end earlier depending on demand.

Location-Based Distribution (GPS Required)
You can only obtain numbered tickets if you are within a 1 km radius of Makuhari Messe Hall 8.
If you experience issues with GPS detection, please speak to the staff at Hall 8’s merchandise area for assistance.

* Starting from 9:30, guests will be called in order beginning with number 1.
* Each numbered ticket is valid for 3 hours from the time your number is called. Please visit the merchandise area within that timeframe.
* Free entry to the merchandise area is scheduled to begin at 14:30. During this time, anyone with a valid event ticket or wristband will be allowed to enter.
* Please note that the free entry time may be significantly adjusted depending on how the calling progresses.

A lottery will be held for each time slot in advance.

Lottery Results Announcement: Scheduled for August 13, 2025, 12:00

A second entry round may be held depending on the number of entries.

If there are remaining slots per time block, same-day distribution may be available. Please check the LINE app on the day of the event for distribution updates.

Official LINE account

・Queue tickets for merchandise sales will be issued via the LINE app. You must have a smartphone with the LINE app installed to apply. Applications cannot be made without it.
・Only those who hold a Platinum / 1DAY / 2DAY ticket for the SUMMER SONIC 2025 concert on the day of the event can apply for a queue ticket. You cannot apply without a valid concert ticket.
・Be sure to apply using the smartphone you will bring to the venue on the day of the event.
・Please only apply if you are able to come to the venue during the merchandise sales hours.
・When your queue number is near, a QR code ticket will be sent to you via a message in LINE.
・The currently called queue number will be updated in the ticket interface (in LINE). Please monitor that information to time your arrival accordingly.
・When entering the merchandise sales area, you will be asked to show ① your wristband and ② your queue ticket.
・If you miss your number call, you may still enter by joining the end of the line within 3 hours from your designated call time. After 3 hours, your ticket will expire, and you must use the free entry period starting at 14:30 instead.
・Each queue ticket allows entry for one person only. If you are coming in a group, each person must obtain their own queue ticket. Note that consecutive numbers are not guaranteed.
If you wish to enter the sales area together, please do so at the latest number among your group (all must have the same type of ticket).
・Visitors who require assistance (e.g., customers with disabilities) may be accompanied by one support person using the same queue ticket.
・Re-entry with the same queue ticket is not allowed.
・Queue tickets may not be transferred or resold. Any such actions will result in the ticket being invalidated.
・From 14:30, free entry will be allowed. During this time, anyone with a concert ticket or wristband for the day may enter the merchandise sales area.
・If you accidentally make a mistake with the operation of your queue ticket, please contact staff before your number is called.
・Having a queue ticket does not guarantee the availability of any specific merchandise.
