Perro Negro was born in 1917 as a tavern in the Guayaquil neighborhood of Medellín. Dark, loud, unstoppable. Nearly a century later, in 2017, it came back to life as a reggaeton club in Provenza, holding true to its original promise: to be a refuge for the unaccepted, the unwanted, those rejected by a conservative society.

In 2023, it crossed over to Miami. A club that kept its underground essence but expanded its capacity to welcome a different crowd—with the same heart: heavy perreo, dim lights, and bodies that don’t ask for permission.

The brand’s rise and success led to its landing in Madrid in 2024. The old continent was eager to sweat and brush up against each other to the rhythm of urban music. Perro Negro arrived without needing to adapt—only with the responsibility of delivering reggaeton, the kind we’ve professed for nearly a decade from Medellin, elevating the experience in Spain’s capital.

Today, with three cities under its shadow, Club Perro Negro is a story still being written on the dance floor—one that transcends geographical and cultural borders.
